Processing Time:
- Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment.
- Made-to-order and customized cards will be shipped within 7 business days of cleared payment.
- Business days are Monday through Friday.
Shipping:
- I ship packages from Monday to Friday via Sri Lankan Registered Mail.
- Shipping generally takes 14 to 30 business days to reach its destination. But it could take longer for some countries.
- Feel free to send me a message if you need an item at a certain time. If you need express mail services i can arrange it for you.
- I will send you a picture of the package and registered mail receipt once I ship out the order.
- Any custom fees and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refund:
- Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
- All returns must be in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds of purchase price will be made via your original method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
